Who belongs in Team Members

Not your company: actual people and subcontractor companies. Managers, administrators, business partners, anyone the government should know will be part of a project. Running solo? Make a profile for yourself.

Why the backgrounds matter

Every profile trains the AI. Name, title, role, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and security clearance all help, but the background is the part that pays off: the more you give it, the better the technical proposal explains who does what on the project. The video shows a practical shortcut: write a rough background, ask an AI chat tool to expand it, and paste the polished version back in.

Subcontractors count too

Subcontractor profiles carry their services, contact details, insurance and bonding, and values. They do not need their own SAM.gov registration as long as you are the prime, and their experience strengthens your bids, including their past performance.
